  * Added my e-mail address to the About... display. [suggested by Bill
    Kendrick] 
  * Use gdk-pixbuf rather than IMLib.  People say it works better.  It
    supports bilinear scaling. [George Lebl]
  * Handle different panel sizes, orientations, and resize events [George Lebl]
  * Support multiple applet instances, letting the gnome panel save prefs
    for each in a separate file.  This has the added feature of supporting a
    per-cam mintimeout and maxtimeout.  Finally when you log out and back in
    again, you get the same cams you left when you logged out. [George Lebl]
  * Got rid of all references to "minutes" in the documentation -
    timeouts are in seconds, not minutes. [suggested by Tim Bannister]
  * Added tooltip containing title, load time, and time till refresh [Bill
